Latest news 20-01-25:  Girls' Cup Week 2 and indoor 5 a-side festivals

Congratulations to the players from Oakhurst and Tregoze who became County 7 a-side champions in the Schools' Cup and Small Schools' Cup respectively. The players from Pioneer Road defeated St. Mary's R.C. from Swindon on penalties in the final. Spot kicks were also required to separate the Sleaford Close outfit from fellow Swindon side, St. Catherine's R.C. It was almost a clean sweep of trophies for the borough's schools for the second successive year but Ruskin lost 1:0 to St. Sampson's C.E. from Cricklade in the Girls' Cup final. A very well done to Liden, South Marston C.E. and Grange who all progressed to the semi-finals in their respective competitions.

This week attention switches to the Girls' Cup and the indoor 5 a-side festivals for Year 3 & 4 pupils on Tuesday and Friday afternoon at The Swindome.
