Saturday 13th December: Swindon share points after away draw with Newbury The Reds drew 2:2 with their hosts in this Southern Counties League fixture.
Thursday 18th December: Training at New College from 4.30-5.30 p.m. This is our last training session before Christmas, players are free to wear Christmas jumpers and hats if they wish. I will also be giving out the players' presents and cards at the end of the session.
Saturday 20th December: Swindon host Newport S.F.A.'s u-11s at Gerard Buxton in the Anglo-Welsh Cup. Kick-off is at 11.00 a.m. Players are asked to arrive no later than 10.15 a.m. to leave plenty of time to get changed and prepare.
Many, many thanks to all the players, their parent, families and friends for their support with the sponsored shoot-out. The final total stands at an amazing £1,840! This is the second highest amount raised in the last 26 years. Prizes for the most goals, fastest goal, most money raised and the 'I did my best, Steve award' will be given out at training on Thursday 11th December.
The representative side was formed in 1973 and plays in four regional competitions; the Southern Counties League, Southern Counties Cup and Anglo-Welsh Cup. (click to view details of these competitions).
