Saturday 6th December: Swindon end losing run with home win over Woking Swindon see off a spirited Woking team to record their second Southern Counties League win of the season.
Thursday 11th December: Training at New College from 4.30-5.30 p.m. All players are asked to attend if possible
Saturday 13th December: Swindon make the short trip east along the M4 to face Newbury in the Southern Counties League. Venue and kick-off time has no yet been confirmed but I hope to have this information in the next few days.
Thursday 18th December: Training at New College from 4.30-5.30 p.m. This is our last training session before Christmas.
Saturday 20th December: Swindon host Newport S.F.A.'s u-11s at Gerard Buxton in the Anglo-Welsh Cup. Kick-off is at 11.00 a.m. Players are asked to arrive no later than 10.15 a.m. to leave plenty of time to get changed and prepare.
Many thanks to those of you who have given me their son's sponsored shoot-out money or have paid this into our account. The current total stands at an amazing £1,415! If you haven't handed in or paid in your son's contribution please do so as soon as possible as the prizes (including that for the most money raised) are being given out on Thursday 11th's training session.
The representative side was formed in 1973 and plays in four regional competitions; the Southern Counties League, Southern Counties Cup and Anglo-Welsh Cup. (click to view details of these competitions).
